i promise i can speak German after 3 months here | cbyx

Here we go, what we have all been waiting for: me speaking in German. I promise I can speak something in German after a few months here, even if it's just gibberish-sounding. Someday, someday.
I am an American currently living in Germany with the CBYX program, so will be attending a German high school, and attempting to learn and speak German.
I started learning German last year, and have had exactly one month of language school, and natural exposure to my host family. That is the extent of my German lessons. Well, I also did Duolingo and watched some YouTube and stuff, but let's be real...that one month of language school did all of the work, haha.
To native German speakers: feel free to politely critique me/give pointers. I am determined to be fluent someday.

And, yes, I did use the wrong word for "studying." I know now that I should use "lernen" instead of "studieren," as "studieren" is typically only for university. Shows how much my German changes in like two weeks, lol.
