Shout out to the owner for showing us another exciting project. It's just so heartwarming to have audience like you.
Located in between Brickfields and Bangsar, Alila hotel is built along with it's residential component known as Establishment. First impression was pretty bad as the existing site condition consists of abandoned buildings, narrow roads, loud noise and a cemetery.
But once I stepped into the development, everything changed. The lobby, corridor, facility are well designed along with the Alila standard. Just that in the unit, I wish the height could be extended for another 300mm to 500mm. That will allow me to be able to stand in the upper floor, at least I get to walk to my bed.
I'm really impressed with the ability to pull off this development as the site is extremely challenging. How they got the approval to develop such a high density project, also getting to connect the project directly to Bangsar LRT station is just amazing.
Overall, the neighbouring high number of offices and directly connectivity to LRT increases the demand for space in that area. Hence this project has always been a hot product in the rental market.
