Ponytail Facelift Before And After Video - eyebrow Lift - Plastic Surgery Cost? The Art

The Ponytail Facelift is not a mechanical operation (cut, pull, sew.) It's an art project to sculpt the face from the top of the head to the bottom of the neck without any incisions on the face.

In this before and after video we take a look at this beautiful 55 year old that had been wanting aesthetic facial surgery (facelift) for many years, and finally she had her chance. She just got refreshed without any trace of a facelift (especially when no incision in front of the ear was used.) This is the magic of the Ponytail Facelift.

The magic starts with the eyes. To open up her eyes we did a Non-Incisional Upper Blepharoplasty and Skin Pinch Lower Blepharoplasty. The eyebrows are rotated endoscopically (not lifted straight up) and sculpted. The excess upper eyelid skin is re-draped and not cut. The excess skin in the lower eyelid is pinched and excised. The fat bags are smoothed out and fat transfer is used to blend the area. We use the combined power of the Deep Plane Cheek Lift, KaOgee Jowl Lift, and the Massai Neck Lift to address the cheeks, jowling and laxity in the lower face and neck without any incisions on the face. Finally, we did skin resurfacing with fractionated CO2 laser to minimize fine lines and wrinkles and to improve the overall texture of the skin. She is very happy with her result. And this makes me happy.
