Taho from Scratch | Mix N Cook

Good day! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial about a famous Filipino breakfast staple which is Taho. This is soft, jiggly, and has just the perfect amount of sweetness from the Arnibal and Sago pearls mixed to it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 kilo or 1 000 g soya beans
5 1/2 liters or 22 cups water
800 ml arnibal (caramelized sugar)
1 040 g tapioca/sago

For big batches of Taho:

2 tbsp. tofu coagulant/calcium sulfate
4 tbsp. water

For small batches of Taho:

1/2 tbsp. Tofu coagulant
1 tbsp. Or 15 ml hot water
