Ingredients:
•1/2 kilo Biryani cut Mutton
•1/2 tsp Turmeric
•Salt
•1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•2 pinches Nutmeg Powder
•Fist full Coriander choppings
•10-15 Black pepper corns
•Small fist Mint choppings
•1/2 cup Curd
•1 tsp Coriander powder
•1 tsp Garam Masala
•1/4 cup Oil
•4 tbsp Ghee
•2 tbsp Oil
•2 Star anise
•6-8 Cloves
•7-8 Cardamoms
•2 Bay leaves
•Little Stone flower
•1/2 tbsp Shahi jeera
•Fry for 5 secs
•2 Onions sliced
•Fry until golden on medium flame
•2 Slit Green Chillies
•2 Tomatoes paste/Cubes
•3 cups Hot Water (750ml)

For Boiling Biryani Rice:
•2 litres Water
•3-4 Cardamoms
•5 Cloves
•2 inch Cinnamon
•2 Bay Leaves
•10-15 Black pepper
•3 tbsp Salt
•1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•Basmati Rice(1 hour soaked )
•Little Coriander & Mint
•1/4 Saffron soaked Milk
•1 tbsp Rose Water
•4-5 tbsp Ghee
•Little Coriander
