As stated by Taijiguy, "the name of the DVD in Pinyin and English is Xiyangmei Taiji Kung Fu Fan, by Li Deyin. An Internet search should reveal several sellers."

The song is titled Zhongguo Gongfu by Tu Honggang.

tai chi fan dance to music. graphics aren't great, but i don't have the program to increase quality, or if i do, then i don't know about it or how to do it.

Li Deyin is not shown here in this clip, but his wife is the one in the dark red outfit.
