How to size your jump rope

Shana Brady shows you how to size your classic Punk Rope jump rope. The method applies to most adjustable jump ropes. You'll need a scissors and masking tape. Bear in mind that in addition to your height, important sizing factors include your level of proficiency and turning style. It's always best to be conservative when trimming a rope. If the rope is too long you can always shorten it a bit more. If you cut a rope too short you'll need to gift it to a shorter person as it will be too frustrating to jump with.
