In this video learn how to make paneer/cottage cheese at home. Also, learn tips on how you to make a very soft and tasty paneer at home.

(Tip - You can also freeze this paneer. Cut it into cube, put it in a ziplock bag or any container and store it in the freezer. Just before using it add it in hot water for 10-15 minutes and it will be nice and soft again ready to use! :) )
