Thanks to the sweet folks at Six & Twenty Distillery in beautiful Greenville, SC, I returned from a super fun & informative visit with a couple bottles of their best that I can't wait to put to use in drinks, desserts, sauces and more!

My first experiment was with this riff on the traditional Brown Derby cocktail made from grapefruit juice, Six & Twenty bourbon whiskey, honey and.....my twist...cucumber. Refreshing and totally sippable.
