How To Stop Judging Yourself And Others (The Power Of Self-Acceptance)

We have been influenced by society to fit a certain standard in order to be accepted. These expectations create judgement and criticism towards others and ourselves. It's important to recognize that these thoughts are not our own. Our thoughts, in general, come from the collective consciousness.

You can think of the collective consciousness as a large form of energy, separate from you, that is made up of every thought every human has ever thought of. When you feel a particular emotion, that thought resonates with you and you'll find it within your mind. But It's your choice whether or not you want to believe that thought.

When you find yourself believing the thoughts in your mind you become super critical of yourself. The way yourself judge yourself is the way you judge others. The way you see your outside world is a representation of your inside world. Therefore, if you find it difficult to stop judging yourself, then practice not judging others. If you find it difficult to stop judging others, stop criticizing yourself.
