改作から数年経ち、いつしか大きくなってしまった黒松2本を改めて作り直しました。
小さく作った黒松も、数年経てば大きくなってしまいます。
大胆に無駄な枝を取り除くことで、木を縮小すると同時に、新たな魅力を引き出したいものです。
木姿が大きく変わることで、別の未来を思い描き、日々の作業も楽しくなります。
また、枝や芽の数が減ることで、古木も負担が減って樹勢を取り戻します。
煮詰まったと感じたら、思いきった改作を試みるのも悪くないですね。

This time I have remade two old black pines that have been over 10 years old since the last adaptation.
I boldly removed the branches to reduce the size of the trees and tried to bring out a new charm.
Changing the appearance of the tree foreshadows a different future and makes daily work more enjoyable.
Furthermore, by reducing the number of branches and buds, older trees are less burdened and can regain their vigor.
When the tree grows too much and you feel stuck, it is a good idea to turn things around with a drastick adaptation.
