Build lean muscle and burn fat with this strength and cardio workout that promises to get your heart racing.

You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 7kg/15lbs & 10kg/22lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

There are 5 mini circuits to complete. Work through each circuit for the following time scheme:
Rnd 1-40 secs work/20secs rest
Rnd 2-30 secs work/15 secs rest
Rnd 3-20 secs work/10 secs rest
*After each circuit complete a 30 second set of Bicycle Crunch
