Women in Construction - Meet Erica Drummond, Senior Project Engineer at ADCO Constructions

As a Senior Project Engineer, Erica works with a variety of stakeholders, including the clients, design consultants, and subcontractors, to get the design into a point where it is ready to be built on site, while meeting the quality standards, time constraints, and other project requirements. Erica is passionate about contributing to addressing housing crisis issue and to build houses in a more environmental way.
