This early PS4 gets stuck at the PS logo and won't boot! Can I Fix It?

This video is all about a PS4 that originally had a problem with games freezing and randomly shutting down. That eventually turned in to it not booting at all!

Will i be able to get this one working again and bring it back to life, or is it destined for the bin?!
