The South Central Coast wine region is only about an hour and a half drive 🚘 north of Los Angeles. It is a stunning region with beautiful sunlight ☀️, eye catching hills, ancient oaks 🌲, and endless strawberry 🍓 fields. While most mountains 🏔️ in California are in a north/south direction, here they mostly run east/west, creating a much cooler climate that you would expect from this southerly ⬇️ latitude. This leads to beautifully balanced wines with freshness and nice acidity 🍷
