• Salt — 2.5 tsp (1.5 tsp for meat, 1 tsp for filling)
• Ground black pepper — 1 tsp (0.5 tsp for meat, 0.5 tsp for salad dressing)
• Paprika — 1 tsp
• Coriander — 1 tsp
• Italian herb mix (optional) — 1 tsp
• Water — 200 ml (about 3/4 cup)
• Soy sauce — 3 tbsp
• Honey — 1 tbsp
• French mustard — 1 tbsp

For the Salad:
• Cucumber — 1 pc
• Mango — 0.5 pc
• Bell pepper — 1 pc
• Lettuce leaves — 200 g (about 7 oz)
• Mixed salad greens — 100 g (about 3.5 oz)
• Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
