Whatley Quarry Line - 59005 & 4400 tons 16/09/2015

Whatley Quarry
Opened 1880 and the biggest limestone quarry in Europe.. 59005 drags out 4400 tons of limestone with ease loaded onto one train, how many lorry's is that.
With locomotives 59005, 66172, 59004 and 59103.
Trains are seen passing along fFordbury water and into and out of
Great Elm, access is via East Mendip Way footpath.
