1/4 kilo chicken liver
1 large white onion
1/4 cup calamansi extract
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp rock salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 pieces red chilis

for boiling:
3-4 liters water
1 tbsp rock salt
3 pieces bay leaves
1/2 tsp peppercorns
4 cloves garlic

for sizzling plate: margarine
