Ingredients:
120gm Glutinous Rice Flour
180gm Water
2 tbsp Shallot Oil (the remaining oil after fried the shallot)
1 pc Shallot
1 pack Peanut Powder with Sugar

Steps:
Firstly add in the olive oil which enough to cover the shallot. Fried the shallot in a low heat, once it turn slightly brown, off heat and transfer to a plate. (Must lookout and keep stirring the shallot and don’t overcooked). Use the Kitchen towel to absorb the extra oil.
In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, water and shallot oil till smooth.
Transfer to a flat plate and bring to steam for about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can cook in a non stick pan till it becomes thick, bouncy and sticky.
Oil the blades of a pair of scissors and other utensil. Cut the cooked glutinous rice into bite-sized and coat with peanut powder.
Garnish with fried shallots.
Serve hot and enjoy.
