I'm a big fan of the Visser No. 3 Spinning Reels. The reel is fully sealed, weighs 9.2 ounces, holds 300 yards of 20 lb braid and puts out 26.4 lbs of drag! What more can you ask for from a small inshore/surf spinning reel? The Visser No 3 is constructed of aluminum and features stainless gears, thirteen ball bearings and a power handle that can be moved from side to side. These reels are designed by Rob, the same guy who created Van Staal and Zeebaas fishing reels. You can dunk it, swim with it and turn the handle underwater without fear of water, sand or salt getting inside. Fully sealed fishing reels are amazing! Fish it from a boat, beach or pier.
