This Batman Villain NEEDS A Comeback!

Batman has a rogues gallery so large that some characters get lost in he shuffle. Some Silver Age villains were viewed as pretty silly/campy and not worthy of coming into the modern eras of DC Comics. However, do some deserve a comeback? Enter Lennie Fiasco a.k.a The Eraser a villain with a ludicrous costume and childish gimmick who is actually pretty amazing.
