Chinese 5 spice Stirfry
So in this recipe, I used a lot of what I had left over in my fridge. Don’t feel like you have to use exactly what I used. If you have more zucchini no celery you can just omit. You can add different things and it’s entirely up to you, but here is the recipe of the items I put minus the green onions that I was missing that day and again the sauce is optional. I recommend trying the stirfry without the sauce and then adding a little bit to try because if you’ve never had a Chinese spice, it can be a little bit overwhelming. Enjoy

1/2 head of cauliflower
1 small bunch of broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
2 Carrots
2 celery sticks
1/2 medium zucchini
Roughly 1 tbsp fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves
Green onions optional

Optional sauce
3/4 cup broth
2tsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2tsp Sweet chili
1/2tbsp sugar or Honey
1tsp Chinese 5 spice
2tsp cornstarch
