Some of my favourite make ahead meals to stock my freezer with! Instead of getting take away or fast food, if I'm craving something comforting and quick I pop one of these in the oven and kick my feet up. They're much healthier than picking up a preservative packed box from the freezer aisle, but just cheeky enough to satisfy one of thoooose kind of days.

These recipes are extremely versatile and can easily be switched up to suit your taste. Love lasagne, but don't eat beef? Use chicken or pork mince. Think there isn't enough cheese? Hell, stuff a hot pocket with mac and cheese if you like 😋 At least it's homemade right?
