I am obsessed with making dumplings at home for so many reasons. They freeze really well, are so versatile and delicious, and best of all let me binge watch trashy TV for hours while 'being productive'. LOL.

You can fill dumplings with an infinite number of things, cook them in so many different ways, and go crazy with the kinds of shapes you make. Make them by yourself, or with some friends and a bottle of wine. Or by yourself and a bottle of wine 🍷. Have them for dinner, lunch, breakfast, a snack, a canape - just eat them any. time. all the time. Make them big, small, fat, filled with soup, nutella, mac and cheese. I could go on, but basically please JUST MAKE THESE ASAP.

PS. The video seems a bit dark to me now, so will adjust that for future ones!
