BUDGET busting QUICK CHICKEN stew

one of the great suggestions in my community post a few days ago was recipes that used leftover food and since this is a budget channel, that makes perfect sense.

So here is a classic, chicken stew using the leftover meat from a Sunday roast and even better, 5 minutes and its done! Pressure cooking hasn't come easy for me, having grown up in the 70s and 80s, when my Mum had a beast of a pressure cooker that made horrendous noises, essentially a loud and frightening beast of pan, with massive metal top handles that were meant to stop it exploding.

Anyhoo, I think the more modern PC have moved on a lot since then, and the COSORI PC is sleek and easy to use.
