Join me for a gentle 30 minute mat pilates session for osteoarthritis. This soothing session contains gentle mobilisation and warm up exercises ideal to help ease the aches and pains of early stage arthritis as well as strengthen the body without stressing the joints. It is ideal to do first thing in the morning when you're feeling a little stiff and achey as well as a great pre warm before your regular exercise.
