Hybrid press blanking line for automotive by Fagor Arrasate

New high performance hybrid blanking line for processing steel and aluminum blanks for the automotive market. This line is designed for cutting materials with high yield strength and high surface quality requirements.
Its special features include a multi-drive motion leveler and roll cassettes for steel and aluminum processing, which can handle a wide range of material compositions and resistances.
The high degree of automation enables simultaneous operations and automatic processes. This reduces downtime due to coil, die and cassette changeovers, as well as coil loading and blank pack removal.
