Kudzu in Kentucky (Eastern Kentucky Region) | Kentucky Life | KET

Описание к видео Kudzu in Kentucky (Eastern Kentucky Region) | Kentucky Life | KET

Kudzu is one of those plants that many of us are all too familiar with. Known as ‘the vine that ate the south’, it can be found mostly along roadways and railways in more rural, mountainous locations. Brought to the US with the best of intentions, it didn’t take long for kudzu to go from a soil erosion wonder plant to invasive species. Seeing kudzu in full bloom climbing over trees and manmade structures may leave you in awe, but don’t be fooled by its menacing nature!
