Nothing But Thieves - If I Get High (Piano Cover)

Here is my arrangement of If I Get High by Nothing But Thieves

I love this band. They were the first band that I discovered and subsequently became obsessed with. I still remember the ad popping up for the Ban All the Music music video and four hours later I bought their debut album. Every member of the band (especially James) has significantly influenced how I think about writing, performing and listening to music.

For this arrangement, I used the album version and this live recording with just Conor, Dom and Joe as the template.

The most challenging thing about this song was trying to include all of the layers. I tried to stay as faithful to the record as possible, but I only have two hands. I am pretty happy with how much of Joe's guitar and Phil's bass I was able to incorporate into the piece.
