We walk through zercher squats with a barbell and a couple different resistance band zercher squat variations so that you can do these with whatever equipment you have available.

The zercher squat is a great squat variation that will help you to build strong legs, and also strengthen the core and stabilizer muscles required to build strong legs.

By carrying the weight in the crooks of your elbows, this exercise will place greater stress on your core muscles and upper back muscles to balance the weight and hold good form. It's excellent for building all-around squat strength to allow you to progress and continue improving on your back squats and leg strength building.
