🌙Ingredients(2~3 jello)
300ml(1 1/4cup) boiling water
30g(2Tbsp) ground coffee
20g(4tsp) sugar
5g(1tsp) gelatin powder
50ml(4 1/3Tbsp) water

Lightly whipped cream
Vanilla ice cream
Herbs for decoration


1. Put the gelatin powder into the water
2. Place the coffee filter, add the ground coffee, and pour the boiling water(If you don’t have ground coffee or machine, you can use store bought non-sweet coffee). Microwave the bloomed gelatin for 10~20 sec. Put melted gelatin and sugar, mix well until dissolved completely.
3. Pour the jelly mixture, about half of the cup. Store in the fridge at least 4 hours.
4. Top of the jelly, pour the lightly whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Decorate with herbs.
