Celebrate our 60th anniversary with us on International Women's Day

On #InternationalWomensDay, we are releasing a film looking back at our achievements as a charity over 60 years. In it we highlight the importance of research for #WomensHealth and hear from some of our researchers who are making a difference.

As the only UK charity funding all of women’s reproductive and gynaecological, in our 60th year we commit to breaking the shame, stigma and silence around women’s health. So that we can strive towards a better future for every woman, girl and baby.

#WomensHealth issues are also still surrounded by shame, stigma and silence. Without being able to talk openly about their health problems, women can struggle to understand exactly what is wrong with them and be less inclined to seek help. We need to get everyone talking about issues like menstrual health problems and the menopause so that women are empowered and informed to get the help that they need.

The need to #InspireInclusion is especially important for women from diverse communities, who are less likely to access support for their health.
