INGREDIENTS!!
6 chicken drumstick
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp galice powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp yellow mustard

Allow chicken to marinate for 1 hr.

Wet batter
2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 cups of water **note**add the water gradually
3 eggs
Season batter with the same seasoning you used for the chicken minus the salt.

Fry chicken on 320 degrees for 15-20 minutes
