BJD Sewing Tutorial: A sherwani for Iplehouse SID + free pattern!

Today's free BJD sewing pattern is going to be labeled intermediate in skill level, JUST because of how frustrating the sleeves are with a sewing machine. Probably more beginner-friendly with a hand needle, but I like to make things hard on myself.

That said, this is the next piece of the outfit I designed for Arrios! I originally planned to make this piece white with red embroidery, but after I got the red fabric, I knew it would look good on him. I put it to a vote on Instagram and red/gold won with more than 70% of the votes! I might still make a white/red one at some point because I love white clothes with his darker resin, but I'm really happy with how this came out. :D

Once I gain more proficiency with digitizing things for embroidery machines, I'll probably find a way to offer my designs for people to use on dolls, too. This was my very first attempt and it took a lot of effort to get it working. It looks okay in the end, but I think my next attempt will be better!
