Fresh Charcoal Grilled Moroccan Sardines (Morocco Food Tour Segment)

I had become obsessed with fresh sardines while in Morocco. I didn’t realize it until I came across them in the local markets, but I had never had a fresh sardine before traveling to Morocco. I grew up with an appreciation for canned seafood and especially canned sardines. To finally experience these incredible little fishies fresh from the markets was almost mind blowing for me. Grilled Moroccan Sardines are an absolute must-try for anyone that appreciates good seafood.
