We will discuss how to get an S Rank in ARAM in League of legends:

1. Tanks:
• The duration you survived in a fight (how much damage you received). You can find this information on the report screen after the champion dies.
• The number of times you applied crowd control (“CC”) to the enemy (Snare, Stun, Knockup, Knockback, Suppress, Slow).

2. Support Role:
• The most crucial factor is the number of assists you have.
• The number of times you shielded or healed your ally. With these two factors, you can achieve an S+ rank even if you have zero kills.

3. Damage Dealers (ADCs, Mages, Assassins):
• The amount of damage or impact you inflicted on enemy champions.
• The number of farms you have (last hit on minions).
Dodging skill shots.

4. Fighters:
• The duration you survived in team fights.
• The number of farms you have.
• Dealing some damage to enemy champions.

From this, we understand that the most important factor to get an S Rank is Kill Participation, which means how many fights you impacted according to your role. Achieving 70% Kill Participation will easily get you an S Rank, especially in ARAM.
