Reverse Seared Whole FIlet

Want to know how to make reverse seared whole beef tenderloin on the pellet grill? This video is for you! We recently made a smoked prime rib that was fantastic, so I decided to use the same method and horseradish crust on this whole filet, and it was fantastic!

I’ll show you how to make my favorite horseradish crust to coat the beef tenderloin, and we’ll make an easy horseradish cream sauce to serve with the reverse seared whole filet.
