During my 12th trip to Beijing I had the opportunity study the modern Kung Fu style Sanda. This was my first exposure to the art and I absolutely fell in love with it. Here are some of the basic footwork drills I was taught early in my training under the guidance former Chinese Special Forces operative MaGuoHong. More videos to come on striking and kicks.
