During my 12th trip to Beijing I had the opportunity study the modern Kung Fu style Sanda. This was my first exposure to the art and I absolutely fell in love with it. Here are some basic hand drills and techniques I was taught early in my training under the guidance former Chinese Special Forces operative MaGuoHong. More videos to come on combos and kicks.
