Описание к видео 25 Min. Deep Stretch to Improve Flexibility and Mobility | Full Body Reset & Recovery | Intermediate

As we enter the season of travel and new beginnings, I thought it’d be about time for another lengthy deep stretch routine to open up the body and increase overall flexibility and mobility.

The poses and movements in this sequences are best suited for intermediate and advanced practitioners. All stretches focus on targeting deep muscle tissue and using the joints over their full range of motion with the aim of improving movement quality, reducing stress and tightness, and the ultimate goal of pain-free daily functioning.

This flexibility and mobility routine is structured to seamlessly flow from one movement straight into the other, with minimal resistance or adjustment. As per usual, you won’t need any equipment for these stretches and exercises other than a mat or soft surface. If available, you may use the following tools to assist you during this routine*:
yoga strap
thin, long resistance band
yoga blocks

*As none of these tools are necessary or required to follow along, there will be no guidance on how to use these tools. It’s recommended that you already have experience using these tools.

As always, you’ll be guided by short on-screen cues only with ambient background music and a subtle timer, allowing you to fully focus on the sensations within. Remember to respect your limits, stop when experiencing sharp pains, move slowly and breathe deeply.
