A Tea Geek's Tea Time - making tea for self care.

It started with this quote "Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever; take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow." - a quote by St. Augustine (or so it is believed).

It's been a while since I posted. After some time to think about the last year, the tea geek in me needed to talk about tea. This is a short reflection on how more space and tea time can bring calm, creativity, and a different perspective on life.
