Welcome back, warriors!

Let's take your Muay Thai training to the next level!! We are focusing on our footwork and conditioning in this class! In this high-intensity workout video, we'll show you how to improve your footwork, cardio, and muscular endurance using a combination of Muay Thai techniques, exercise, and conditioning drills.

Our very own Kru Vivek will share some of his favorite and battle tested foot work techniques in this class. He will guide you through a series of exercises that are specifically designed to improve your footwork, balance, agility, and coordination. You'll start with a warm-up that includes dynamic stretching and footwork drills to get your heart rate up and your muscles ready for the workout.

Next, we'll move on to the main workout, which consists of a variety of Muay Thai techniques in the heavy bag, and follow up with plyometric exercises. These exercises are designed to simulate the demands of a real Muay Thai fight, so you'll be able to improve your technique and conditioning at the same time.

Throughout the workout, Kru Vivek will provide tips on proper footwork and technique, as well as motivational cues to keep you going when the going gets tough. By the end of the workout, you'll be sweating, breathing heavily, and feeling a sense of accomplishment that only comes from pushing yourself to your limits.
