Mobile bottle alignment station

The MSK bottle alignment station is set on a mobile frame. It can be docked sideways to a bottle line without the need for any mechanical changes. With this simple and flexible method of integration the alignment station can be put to use on a variety of bottle lines. It has an alignment capacity of 150 bottles per minute (dependent on bottle type) – at a bottle height of min. 80 mm and max. 400 mm, and a bottle diameter of max. 130 mm.

It is connected to the controls of a bottle line simply through a central connector system, which makes it especially operator-friendly. With the MSK EMSY management system the visualisation and the operator panel of the MSK bottle alignment station are automatically recognized. The bottle parameters of the bottle line are transferred to the bottle alignment station simply over the HMI.
