VIDEO CONTENTS:
[0:00] Introduction and the plan
[2:09] Presoaking the yarn for 20-30 minutes
[2:27] Dyeing round 1 - Red
50 mL of 1% stock solution of Jacquard Fire Red + 4 L of water + 4 T white vinegar
Add 300 g of yarn cool and then turn on the heat.
[5:47] 20 minutes later - Looking at the red layer
Move the zip ties around to help keep pigmentation even
[7:00] Dyeing round 2 - Blue part 1
Jacquare Brilliant blue 50 mL of a 1% stock solution
plan to eventually add 150 mL of the 1% dyestock, but I started with 50 mL
I used the same dyebath from round 1 so it was still slightly warm
[9:41] Talking about the color
[10:40] Dyeing round 3 - blue part 2
Starting with a cool dyebath, add 100 mL of the 1% stock of brilliant blue
let the yarn soak in the cool bath for 10-20 min
Add 3 T white vinegar
[16:28] Dyeing round 4 - blue part 3
another 25 mL of Brilliant Blue
[20:15] washing the yarn
[21:16] The finished dry yarn
[27:14] Knitting the moving forward wrap
