Ingredients quantity
Chicken with bones 500 gram
Cold drink 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp.
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped 3 no
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes for sprinkle
Mixed herbs for sprinkle

Method:-
1.Take a large mixing bowl and add chicken, cola, ginger garlic paste, red
chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chopped
garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, red
chilli sauce and salt mix well.
2.Now add soya sauce and Stir well to mix.
3.Then keep it aside to marinate for about 20 minutes.
4.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs or
drumsticks and sear on each side until golden brown about 2-3 minutes
per side.
5.Pour the cola mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Bring to a boil, then
reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for about 15-20
minutes, turning the chicken occasionally.
6.After the chicken has cooked through, remove the lid and increase the
heat to medium-high. Let the sauce cook down and thicken to a glaze
consistency about 5 minutes, turning the chicken to coat it well.
7.Once the sauce has reduced, remove from heat. Side out in a serving
plate and sprinkle some chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
8.Serve with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy your sweet and savory cola
chicken!
