Former Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has described the late former Minister Pravin Gordhan as a brave and honourable man who did everything he could to fight corruption. Zondo visited relatives of Gordhan in the Durban suburb of Reservoir Hills to pay his respects. This is ahead of a memorial to be held later today and the official funeral tomorrow(19/9). Zondo says he met Gordhan during the struggle in the 1980's. He says Gordhan fought hard to prevent the capture of the national treasury.
