爱吃带鱼,但是每次做,过程繁琐,油烟巨大。空气炸锅完美的解决所有问题。简单说下做法。
带鱼清洗:
洗鱼,剪开肚子,把里面的内脏取出来,把银色的表面擦去,洗干净后,切段, 鱼皮上切花刀。
做法:

用葱,姜,黄酒,少许生抽,烧烤料糖腌制带鱼。不用很久15分钟就可以了。

摆放在烤盘上,喷一层油。

370华氏度,15分钟,翻面 喷油,再15分钟就好了。

成品口感可以和油炸的相媲美,而且非常健康。
