Let's learn how to make Helleborous flower cake!

Italian meringue buttercream
Unsalted butter: 450g (100% fat)
Syrup: Caster sugar 150g + Water 50g
Egg white: 150g + Caster sugar: 30g
Vanilla essence 1t (Optional)

Tip info : I used only ONE decorating bag from the beginning to end.
Wilton 103 & 104 for Helleborous petals
Wilton 2 for flower seed part
Wilton 4 for letters

Coloring : I used Wilton gel colors.
Red Red + Burgerndy + Golden yellow + brown
Pink + brown
Moss green + Glolden yellow
Moss green + Black + Brown
