Problems Priming? How To Replace Your Graco Prime Valve

Follow along as we show you how to simply replace your prime valve. This video is exactly the same for Graco units from the 190PC Express to the Ultra Max II 595PC. All other sprayers work on the same system, the only thing that changes is the sizes of the prime valves.

What are priming problems? If your machine won't build pressure, hold pressure or prime when switched on. How to know when to replace your prime valve? If you have tried cleaning the pump and the prime valve but are still having issues - or if you notice one of the O-rings are worn on the prime valve needle
