Ingredients for coffee layer (咖啡层):
2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1350ml water(水)
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉)

Ingredients for coconut milk layer (椰浆层):
2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
850ml water (水)
2 pandan leaves, knotted (2片班兰叶,打结)
500ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)

typo in the video :

**2 tbsp agar-agar powder = 20g
2 汤匙燕菜粉 = 20克

** Can reduce sugar, if you don’t like sweet.

** 不喜欢吃甜的,可以自行减糖。
